MDF Roads and Rivers!
We've got a really useful release for you next with a load of handy shapes for making roads and rivers! These are available in a huge variety of shapes and sizes, with straights, curves, junctions and more in widths from 20mm upto 75mm.
Despite these being simple MDF shapes, the possibilities are almost endless. A quick coat of grey and some white lines gives you a road, a coat of brown and some static grass gives a country lane, and painting them blue/green/brown makes for an easy river (depending on your view of water colours...) You could even paint both sides and flip them over depending on what you need for each game.
And the best bit is the value for money. These are priced very competitively so you could build a full 6ft river or road for less than £5 if you wanted!

Coal Mine Engine House and Winding Gear!
One for the bigger scales next, with a mining set now available comprising of engine house and winding gear, for both 20mm and 28mm scales.
These setups would have been found across Britain in the 19th and early 20th centuries, with the house containing a steam engine for either hoisting the mined materials to the surface, or pumping water out from the mine below.
They're probably not the most in-demand wargaming item but they'll make a nice addition to any 'What if?' type games like A Very British Civil War. You can find these along with all of our other MDF buildings here.
New 6mm Battlescale building!
We've got a new addition to the Battlescale 6mm ranges this week, with a Harbour Masters House now available. Steve made this model as a tribute to a friend who sadly passed away and it looks great. You can get yours here.
Over 2000 Litko items now available!
We've recently activated over 2000 extra Litko items for Special Order! These are items that we're not currently holding stock of, but that we can order in on your behalf, avoiding those international shipping rates and import taxes too. The Special Order products are all clearly labelled and you can choose to view only Stock Items or Special Order items using the filter boxes to the left of the product lists. We'll be placing stock orders with Litko every 6-8 weeks so we'll ship your orders as soon as the stock has arrived with us.
