August Newsletter!

Welcome to the latest Pendraken newsletter!

With some sun finally shining outside and a break in the shows, we've been getting on with some jobs...

Indochina Revamp now available!

After a long pause in our new releases we're back with a full revamp of our 10mm Indochina range, containing new codes (mainly French Paras) and more poses throughout.  We've also added some new army packs so that you can choose from the Regional militia troops or the more regular Chu Luc army.  These are all available on the website here.

An unexpected release!

We've got a rather unexpected release for you all this week, with the arrival of the Spanish Inquisition! (In 10mm...!)

"The Tribunal of the Holy Office of the Inquisition, commonly known as the Spanish Inquisition, was established in 1478 by the Catholic Monarchs, King Ferdinand II of Aragon and Queen Isabella I of Castile. It was intended to maintain Catholic orthodoxy in their kingdoms and to replace the Medieval Inquisition, which was under papal control, becoming the most substantive of the three different manifestations of the wider Catholic Inquisition, along with the Roman Inquisition and the Portuguese Inquisition.

According to some modern estimates, around 150,000 people were prosecuted for various offences during the three-century duration of the Spanish Inquisition, of whom between 3,000 and 5,000 were executed, approximately 2.7 percent of all cases."

Their dress might not be entirely historically accurate but we're sure that they'll make an amusing addition to your tables.  Grab a set from our Specials section here!

New 6mm Building from Battlescale!

Battlescale have added another building to their excellent 6mm range with this new Townhouse now available.  This and all of their ranges can be found on our website here.

Goths Previewed!

Many moons ago a new sculptor called Clibinarium created a range of Late Romans that were extremely well-received and many of you have built incredible armies with them.  Well it's time for them to get some opposition, as the Goths have arrived!  These could work for a lot of other Germanics from the 3rd to 6th centuries so head over to our Forum and take a look at them here.
