Turnaround Times

Metal Items: We aim to ship most orders within 10-14 days but due to us having over 4500 miniatures items in our catalogue now, we do not hold stock of figures and all of our metal products are cast to order. 

Accessories/Sundry Items: We do keep stock of these items, so bases, paints, decals, resin buildings, etc, are usually available and are generally shipped within 2-3 days.  There can sometimes be delays when we are busy with shows, or due to illness, etc.

Please allow at least 21 days from placing your order before contacting us.  We will send an update email as soon as your order has been shipped and please let us know if we can help with anything at all.

Delivery Services

UK Customers: We use a Tracked Royal Mail 48hr service for almost all of our packages.  Flags and decals qualify for a cheaper postal rate, so you can choose 'Flags/Decals' only during the Checkout.

International Customers: We use Royal Mail for most international packages so these will be delivered by your own internal postal companies.  Larger orders will be shipped by courier, usually DPD or DHL, and you should receive tracking information from the company.  We offer both Standard and Tracked during the Checkout.

European Customers

All EU orders are processed using the IOSS system so the relevant VAT taxes will be charged by us and there is nothing extra to pay when you receive your order. 

Please note that IOSS can only be used for orders below €150 in value (around £135, excluding shipping) so any orders above this value will have zero VAT applied.  The VAT on these larger orders, along with any handling fees, will be calculated by your own customs authority and you will need to pay these charges when your order arrives.
