Pendraken

September Newsletter

Welcome to the latest Pendraken newsletter!

With the end of summer comes the darker nights and bit more hobby time, so let's see what's going on at Pendraken HQ...

Request to our EU customers!

When we launched our new website almost a year ago, we were able to register for the EU's IOSS system.  This means that we now charge you the correct VAT rate for your country and there are no extra customs fees to pay when you receive your packages.  The system has worked very well and we've been able to start rebuilding our European customer base.

So if you've bought from us in the past 12 months and had your packages arrive safely, please make sure that your gaming friends know that we are IOSS-registered and that they can safely buy from us without any of those annoying fees!

New 10mm WWII crews and some Italian guns!

One of our plans for this year is to revamp all of our 10mm WWII artilery packs with new crewmen, as well as making new moulds here at Pendraken HQ to make casting more efficient.  We've also managed to squeeze in some extra Italian guns as well, to tick some items off the Request lists!

Most of these have got 3 x 'Light' crewmen for smaller infantry guns and 3 x 'Heavy' crewmen for the larger field pieces.  Head over to the Forum and take a look here.

Preview of the Protz!

Our next 10mm Sci-Fi range is a prawn/locust hybrid, 6ft-8ft tall, bipedal and with four large 'main' limbs and four smaller manipulatory limbs on a thin upper body with a wasp-like lower abdomen.  They have overlapping plates like an elongated woodlouse.  These will all be going into moulds for release before the end of the year and you can see the full range here.

New Colour Forge primers!

We've added 3 new colours to the Colour Forge spray primer range, with Convict Orange, Death Rattle Green and Raven Black all now available.  We're expecting a restock of the other colours next week so take a look at the full range here.

Get your pre-orders in!

We're whizzing through the shows at the moment with only 4 left this year, so make sure to get your pre-orders placed if you're planning on attending any of them!  Our next couple of trips will see us heading to Newark for the excellent Other Partizan on Sunday 13th Oct, followed by Fiasco in Leeds on Sunday 27th Oct.  As always, we need your pre-orders at least 7 days in advance of the events, and they can be placed through the website by choosing the 'Collect at Show' delivery option.
